Creating a vendor database in Moiboo is important since it stores all the information about the vendor you need to track and manage, such as contact information, recent activity, bank information, Tax ID number etc., as well as any notes and actions you want to associate with the vendor. These details will be saved so you don’t have to enter them each time you buy from the same Vendor.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1 > Go to \u201cSettings\u201d Under \u201cSetting Tab\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Step 2 > Go to \u201cVendor Settings \u201cUnder Expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3 > Now Click On \u201cAdd Vendor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0 \u00a0Step 4 > Enter the Vendor Name & Mobile No.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fill in all the relevant details here like Primary, Address, Accounting, Identification, Contact, Bank Details & GST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the Primary <\/strong>field the contact details of the vendor are available.If you use code to identify suppliers, enter the supplier’s code in the\u00a0Account ID\u00a0field. Enter other applicable contact info, including Email,\u00a0Phone\u00a0and\u00a0Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Next field is the address <\/strong>of the customer. All the details are entered here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the Shipping address, select the option Same as billing address or enter different details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Accounting <\/strong>Field details regarding the accounts, credit period, terms of payment can be updated. This is an optional field you can use if you want to set custom payment terms for this vendor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Identifications<\/strong> like IC type and details of the vendor can be entered here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this Contact<\/strong> field you can add the details of Vendors, like the contact person in a certain department say sales, Admin and so on. You have the option to save multiple people contact which would be very helpful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bank details<\/strong> of the vendor like, bank Name, branch, Account number can be entered in this field. So, it makes it easy to record while making payments for the vendor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  GST<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In bills, the default tax code is based on the tax code assigned to the account. If your vendor\u2019s business is registered for GST, you can enter the details here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
