It sets out the terms and conditions of the rental. You\u2019ll sign it before they hand over the car keys to you. The agreement will include details such as what type of vehicle you are renting, how long you will have the car, when it needs to be returned, any additional fees or charges that may apply, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 1 &gt; Go to \u201cRental Agreement\u201d under \u201cAgreement tab\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 2 &gt; Click on \u201cAdd rental agreement\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"658\" height=\"257\" src=\"https:\/\/moiboo.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13625\" style=\"aspect-ratio:2.060344827586207;width:447px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/moiboo.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/1-1.jpg 658w, https:\/\/moiboo.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/1-1-300x117.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 658px) 100vw, 658px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 3 &gt; Choose the customer to whom you are raising a rental agreement. Moiboo will automatically populate the customer\u2019s details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 4 &gt; In case this is a new customer, you can add the details of &nbsp;the new customer by &nbsp; clicking on the \u201c+\u201d button near the customer field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 5 &gt; Key in the rental period by mentioning the date and time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 6 &gt; Choose the vehicle charges options like hourly, daily from the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 7 &gt; Fill in all the relevant details like rental amount, deposit &amp; mileage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Step 8 &gt; Click on Generate \u201cRental Agreement\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"544\" height=\"680\" src=\"https:\/\/moiboo.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13626\" style=\"width:432px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/moiboo.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/2-1.jpg 544w, https:\/\/moiboo.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/2-1-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 544px) 100vw, 544px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can view your rental agreement.
