A credit note acts as a replacement for a refund in that it allows the buyer to purchase your products or services later without paying for it. When you issue a refund, you need to take out cash and give it back to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1> Go to \u201ccredit note\u201d under \u201cincome tab\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2> Click on \u201cadd credit note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3 > Choose the customer to whom you are raising a credit note. Moiboo will<\/p>\n\n\n\n

automatically populate the customer\u2019s details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4 > Select date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5 > Select products details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Step 6 > Enable the invoice checkbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Step 7 > Moiboo automatically opens and displays all the invoices for that customer.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Make sure you adjust each of the invoices which need to be  adjusted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Now the payment page opens, and the details can be entered, and payment can be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 9 > Choose the date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 10 > Select the payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 11 > Enter the amount to be paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 12 > Select the Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 13 > Save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
