No. What we have mentioned in our pricing page is the First year Fees. From the second year, you would be paying only 20% of the first year cost as a renewal.

Unlike a customised software development, we would be providing you a fully finished product immediately. So We would appreciate a full payment to help us set-up the account and start implementation.

On an average, it takes 1-3 visits to get your staffs trained. We plan the trainings based on the number of users you buy and need to be trained.

We do not charge for trainings given Up to 30 days from the date of purchase. After which we would be charging SGD 250 for a days training.

We try to fix most of your requests online. However, we don't hesitate to visit you when the visit makes it easier for you.
