Income

Using pendings function in income tab

When the products is Delivered from the inventory, its come under the income pendings. In this par- ticular feature you can view /convert the pending of Income.

Step 1 : Click Pendings under income tab

Step 2 : Click Action button and View (or) Convert it to Sales Order (or) convert to invoice Proforma Invoice (or) Invoice or Receipt

Using Invoice function in  Income tab

In this particular feature helps to Create any number of Invoices.

Step 1 : Click invoice under income

Step 2 : Click add invoice

Step 3 : Fill the relevant details

(Settings Type , Invoice Type, Customer Name, Customer Reference, Executive, Invoice Template, Product , Other Details, Set Reminder, Add Delivery Details, Buyer Details, Despatch Details, Is This Recurring, Packing Details)

Step 4 : Click Save

Using Proforma   Invoice in Income tab

Using the proforma Invoice in the Income tab you can create any number of proforma invoice to your customers .

Step 1 : Click Proforma invoice under income

Step 2 : Click Add proforma invoice

Step 3 : Fill the relevant details

Step 4 : Save and create new or Save and SMS or Save and Email or Save and Print or Save

Using receipt function in income tab

This feature helps you to create any number of receipt as required.

Step 1 : Click receipt under incom

Step 2 : Click add receipt

Step 3 : Fill the receipt details

Step 4 : Click save

Step 5 : Click action button then Convert to PDF receipt(or) Mail receipt (or) Print receipt (or) Update receipt (or) delete receipt

Import Receipt

You can also import directly from excel

Step 1 : Click receipt under income

Step 2 : Click Import receipt

(Import excel format : Raise a receipt to, Towards, For, Receipt No, Which is due on, Paid Date, Paid Amount, Add to Account, Account Notes, Payment Mode, Payment Notes, TDS Amount)

Step 3 : Click Choose file & you can import the excel file

Step 4 : Click import

Step 5 : Fill the relevant details

Step 6 : Click save

Using Credit Note function in Income tab

This feature helps you to create any number of credit note as required.

Step 1 : Click credit note under income tab

Step 2 : Click Add credit note

Step 3 : Fill the relevant details

Step 4 : Save

Step 5 : Click action button then Convert to PDF receipt(or) Mail receipt (or) Print receipt (or) Update receipt (or) delete receipt.

Using Reports  under Income tab

Using these feature you can view all your reminders and perform the necessary action as required
