Secure AWS data centers with Tier III redundancy.

Customer databases are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers.
Hosting providers deliver at least 99.9% uptime for the platform.
Individual databases may be temporarily unavailable due to customer actions, customizations, or upgrades.
Data centers are Tier III certified or equivalent with N+1 redundancy for power, network and cooling.
