How To Create Invoice
An invoice is an itemized list that records the products or services you provided to your customers, the total amount due, and a method for them to pay you for those items or services.
Step 1> Under “Income” tab click on “Invoice”
Step 2> Click on “Add Invoice”
Step 3 > From the drop down choose the customer for whom you are raising an Invoice. Moiboo will automatically populate the customer’s details.
Step 4 > In case of a new customer. You can add the details of the new customer by clicking on the “+” button near the customer field.
Step 5> Select Invoice date
Step 6> Add the products along with the description. While adding the
products, you can add the quantity, units, price, discounts, and taxes.
Step 7 > Once you choose the vehicle from the drop-down menu, all the corresponding details will be populated.
Step 8 >Finally Save the Invoice.
Now your Invoice is completed and ready to be sent to your customer. You can print the Invoice and send it to your customer. Alternatively, you can also choose to email or WhatsApp the Invoice directly to your customer.
Step 9 > Under Income tab select Invoice, choose the customer, click on “action” button and there are many options available to choose and execute according to your requirement.
