How To Create Rental Agreement

A rental agreement is the contract between the hirer and the car hire company. It sets out the terms and conditions of the rental. You’ll sign it before they hand over the car keys to you. The agreement will include details such as what type of vehicle you are renting, how long you will have the car, when it needs to be returned, any additional fees or charges that may apply, and more.

Step 1 > Go to “Rental Agreement” under “Agreement tab”.

Step 2 > Click on “Add rental agreement”

Step 3 > Choose the customer to whom you are raising a rental agreement. Moiboo will automatically populate the customer’s details.

Step 4 > In case this is a new customer, you can add the details of  the new customer by   clicking on the “+” button near the customer field.

Step 5 > Key in the rental period by mentioning the date and time.

Step 6 > Choose the vehicle charges options like hourly, daily from the drop-down menu.

Step 7 > Fill in all the relevant details like rental amount, deposit & mileage.

 Step 8 > Click on Generate “Rental Agreement”

You can view your rental agreement. The hirer and customer can sign in this page digitally and save it.

  Step 9 > Now click “save”.
