A  –   Pickup column indicates the number of vehicles going out for rental today.

B   –  Arrival column indicates the vehicles returning today.

C  –  Overdue column indicates the vehicles that are Overdue, which has  not been returned.

D  –  The white space shows that the specific vehicle is available and can be allotted for rental.

E  –  The green color line indicates the vehicle is rented. The time period can also be seen.

F  –  The red color bar shows that the specific vehicle is overdue. The vehicle has not returned after

the rental period.
